Title: Christmas Wreaths with M&M's

Yield: 8 Wreaths

3	c	Miniature Marshmallows
3	tb	Butter or Margarine
1/2	ts	Green Food Color
1/4	ts	Peppermint Extract (or less)
3 1/2	c	Bran Flake Cereal
3/4	c	M&M's Plain Chocolate Candy

Heat marshmallows and butter over medium-low heat until marshmallows are melted, stirring frequently. Stir in food color and peppermint extract. Remove pan from heat; add cereal and 1/2 cup of the "M&M's" Chocolate Candies, stirring until cereal is well coated. Let stand until cool enough to handle. Divide cereal mixture into 8 equal mounds on greased cookie sheet; using greased fingers to shape into wreaths about 3 inches in diameter. Decorate wreaths with remaining 1/4 cup candies. Let wreaths stand until form; store in single layer in airtight container. Makes 8 wreaths.
